The Sudden Saplings

The Sudden Saplings

1 min

What happens when some fresh saplings grow

On a long dead mind?

Once vigorous,boiling and ornamented

But now dead

Missing the essential throbbings

It's some music from the past

A consistent Veena

That gave the conscious rock

A flowery embrace

Repeated

And tightening so as to be felt

It was rain again

Felt after ten years of stony reticence

Some nerves below the scalp danced

Suddenly recovering from a deciphered paralysis

It resounds now with musicality

It feels rain

Dropping from the dark sky like a cauldron overturn

The traffic lights blur and regain brightness before the eyes

Lonely I drive my long dreamt car..
