The Missing Piece

“I can solve it if I find the right pieces” the little child thought.

And with one piece at a time he started trying to find the right spot.

He looked at every little bit of it, gazed it for hours.

A jig saw puzzle he had, a fancy scenery of some fancy flowers.

He sat there with a determined look in the eye, a saint like devotion as they say,

But suddenly things went chaotic, it was getting hard in every single way.

“It’s like the pieces don’t belong here. They just don’t fit in.” the little boy was in doubt,

The frustration was eating him up, tired he was, quickly he had to figure it all out .

“I give up! They can’t be attached together in any way!” he said with a cracking voice

But its alright, it was a child’s play, giving it up was always a choice.
