The dazzling rejection

When the smiles faded the eyes met 

Beneath the piles of fears hope rose 

The heart grew wings it took to the air

Wandering eyes once more searched the vast ocean of love

It gave no time to heal it therefore soon enough found a gold spot

That striking gesture of love glowed in the darkness

She fell for that innocent look in his eyes

In the rain their hearts did meet leaving the past way at their backs

But little did she know he had a wanderlust mind 

All sweetness subsided and love grew bitter and sour 

He left her soacked with hurt and pain in the rain

The dazzling rejection bloomed like never before 

Though in the rain she stands alone she has picked up the pieces of her life 

She smiles in the rain and sighs for she's back on the highway of life again

No longer crying in the rain but singing in the rain
