The Beast's Lesson

In shadows deep, a creature fierce,

With fur as black as night,

Its eyes, like fire, burned with a spark,

A symbol of strength and might.

Yet 'neath its wild and untamed guise,

A heart of gold did beat,

For in its soul, a lesson lay,

Of kindness pure and sweet.

Though fearsome to the world it seemed,

This beast, a heart of grace,

Taught us that judgments based on looks,

Can often be misplaced.

In the darkest depths of nature's realm,

A truth so clear was found,

That beauty's found not just without,

But deep beneath the shroud.

So let us learn from this wild beast,

With morals that endure,

To look beyond the outer shell,

And find the heart so pure.

In the depths of the untamed wood,

A fearsome beast misunderstood,

With fur as dark as the starless night,

It roamed alone, out of sight.

Its eyes, like embers, burned with fire,

Yet within, a heart of pure desire,

To find a path, to learn the way,

To peace and kindness, come what may.

Through thorns and storms, it forged ahead,

A journey where its soul was led,

To understand the world outside,

And cast away its monstrous pride.

In trials and tests, the beast did find,

The true strength lay not in its mind,

But in the love and care it showed,

To others on the winding road.

The moral here, for all to glean,

Is that the fiercest souls have seen,

The beauty in compassion's art,

That even in beasts, it can take part.
