Surrendered

Surrendered

Those jeans hold memory threads,

As the time passed,

The threads were thicker,

Not releasing the particles of selfishness,

The jeans became heavy,

Too heavy to carry,

She wanted to prove a point,

When she walked into the jeans,

A lot of her boyfriends started appearing,

On every corner of the street,

They are waiting to continue those conversations,

Which were left like fog after sunlight,

It looks puzzled,

When she checked her jeans,

She butt-dialled every memory,

Now got confused to accept the past,

And then she surrendered again.
