Squirrel

Awesomely cute with a terrible bite,

To its antics are all spellbound with delight.

Climbing trees or scampering on the plane,

Flying from tree to tree but never aground,

Stealing food to running amok,

Playful with a mate but never off guard,

Eating anything from fruits, bark, nuts and leaves,

When on guard duty they give out a loud squeal,

Scurrying around busy all day,

Gathering food for winter I must say,

On the whole, they are a pretty sight...
