Simple Self-care
Take care of yourself as your caretakers did,
Your body is your child that can't speak but is expressive,
The bad and the good are symptoms which is the language of your body,
Telling you when it's healthy or unhealthy or happy or suffering,
Listen to it and respond to prevent future deformity,
Fix your posture and eat well, Wash yourself daily and exercise daily,
Once you've formed them as habits it'll help you so what if they are just basic self-care activities,
Visiting salon, spa and gym aren't the only self-care activities,
Sometimes simple things are also extraordinary,
It'll prevent you from taking numerous meds for various health problems that the mass is taking,
A problem that shouldn't have been normalized but you can always lessen its intensity or even get out of it,
That is when you adopt a good healthy lifestyle but if you're suffering from a serious illness then take your meds daily, don't make it an excuse to avoid it,
Don't be that toxic positive person who is living the "ideal healthy lifestyle" calling the medicines a hoax and the health care system a conspiracy.
