Scorching Heat

From the time my world had started 

It was never gonna be a bundle of roses.

I use to wish for the hands of time to Stop! 

So l could be freed 

From the pain inside me.

But that was to easy 

My life was always the same,

A downward spiral it turned.

And the black hole inside me 

Grew bigger and uglier 

Blacker and deeper.

How can things change?

When my life is one big hole 

I may as well be in hell.

A fire beaming pit

As my pain is hot and l'm burning up.

The heat pours out from my troubled head

Could the heat be burning me away?

If only it would 

I could be saved

And for now that's my only concern 

Waiting to be freed.

By the poisonous gases that surround me...
