Depression is a leader

Depression likes to take charge

Depression thrives on emotions

The more emotions

Are foating around your head

The more 

They will send you

Over board

So please don't hesitate

To seek help and advice.

As if you don't do something about it

Your depression it

Will chew and chew

And never get full.

Of destroying you Compleaty

Depression attacks takes over

Not just your mind or body

No

Depression will rob all

Your possession

Even what you

Love and adore.

Will take all and leave your

Empty carcass

Alone.

In some hole

Or some kind of institution

If you're not careful.

He 

That is the depression

Love's it when you sit back

And feel

His chills

Means he is succeeding

At being a great host

Whether you like it or not.

He will multiply.

By giving you headaches 

Which are slowly 

But surely

Tearing you apart.

The pain of waking up

Getting dressed

Is a massive

Chore.

Sounds of voices

Screeching noises

Feels as though

Your head is about

To erupt

Then explode.

Depression 

Comes in many forms

But whatever form

He comes in.

He will take all and destroy

You bit by bit

Everything gone

In a flash

It seems like.

But really it was

Months then those 

Became years.

Still, we struggle

With every new day

You try to live

And hope

That tomorrow 

You will feel

Better than today.

Why?

Because without hope

There is nothing left.

So please people friends
