we've all taken blows,

we've all been destroyed inside,

but let's not loose all our hope.

Gather up your courage,

from the times you've been discouraged,

and show it out into the world.

Let them all hear you roar aloud.

Let them all hear the unheard.

Let them see the pain you harnessed

Let them see that you are harmless.

Let them all witness what you are.
