Rainbow Skies
Rainbow Skies
What would the sky be without the mist,
The foggy sky at dawn, sun-kissed?
Dressed in shades of pink and blue,
Lavender, silver and golden too.
These colours spreading all over the sky
Cast in hues of Apollo's eye.
Gold contrasts birds in silhouette
While dawn shines through their misty wet.
Above the great fields of lush green
The sky slowly turns aquamarine.
When rainbows form in misty skies
Clouds present treasures for our eyes.
