My Daughter Taught Me

The beautiful day of my life

When my daughter was born

She brought the happiness

And removed our loneliness

I  taught her many things

How to walk, to talk,

To eat, how to take a bath, etc.

And she showed me more than I expected

Time passed she grew

Grew to a teenager

This was a time

She repaid me-

She taught me how to live the life

How to live it to the fullest

How to judge others

How to make new friends

To help others

Then I realized –

That only a parent can't teach a child

But sometimes

A child can teach a parent.
