maverick
maverick
Traversing through a livid meander
Is my counterpart from this life
Gently he takes my hand
And hustles me through the esplanade.
On reaching the castle encased in glass
I give him a shard’s kiss
Taking the byway, I skip
Every meandering gallery.
Smoking out dandelions
I push through my destiny
Picking up dandelions
I obscure the true finery.
