Lockdown Lessons

Hey I'd get up in the morning 

Send my little brat to school 

Rushing to breakfast table 

Finishing household chores

I used to teach too

But suddenly everything came to a halt

No more school office work 

No more chasing dreams 

We were to stay indoors 

That was just like a rainy day 

Life had taken a U turn 

First I thought it to be a bad dream 

But then reality struck me 

For our own safety and well being it had to be done.
