Life Goes On!

Can I get my life once again, 

I want to correct the mistakes I did then.

But I am not the only one to be blamed, 

As it's you who did things which you later claimed. 

I tried to hold on, but you didn't, 

Life would take such a turn, I had no hint. 

Our lives have changed and fate has played its own game, 

I wonder whether it's myself or you to blame. 

We said we'd be together all the way, 

Never ever dreamt would have to see this day. 

Problems are meant to give a blow, 

But I had thought our motto was "Never to let go". 

Was our bond so very weak, 

That nature could separate us with its small trick. 

How am I supposed to do something that is not in my hand, 

And you expect me to correct it, what even time could not mend.

I want to find and bring myself back in this game, 

I will stand up for myself and will make my own name.
