Simple and sober with a few accessories

The kitchen’s specialty is its butter dishes,

But to stay fit my heart wishes.

All-day eating delicacies that are mouth-watering,

Though Grandma is known for her old fashioned cooking.

Grandma’s food gets my taste buds tickled,

With divine food and a variety of pickles.

Eating all meals at a fixed time,

Eating junk in her presence is a crime.

Everything she makes is a sixer,

Without food processors and branded mixer.

I really appreciate her signature recipes,

And I do miss my favorite junkies.

I am knackered eating gourds,

I want to have pastries and tarts.

But everything she does is for good of her princess,

How can her princess be so thankless!
