Forgotten Goddess

O dear soul

Such a delight you are

So full of happiness and smile

Like a ray of cuteness trapped inside the jar

I never met any soul like you

Have seen life for a long long time

But when I am with you,

Every moment feels so new

I thought I would find my peace

In the very dark forest of life

But when I met you; I was at ease

Happiness is the only feeling that only thrives

Didn't know how light felt like 

Until I saw them in your sparkling eyes

So deep and beautiful

An ocean that calms my soul 

Sucks every reason to weep

And dulls my eyes and my body to sleep

You are like the first drops of rain

That I really prayed to gods for

Soothing is your presence and your scent

Washing away my pain

For the first day, I met

It was the beginning of forever

A new life perhaps I bet

For my life, the first time ever 

Has started to set

I open my heart to see 

Where lies my happiness and sorrow

Saw nothing but some shades of past

And enough space for some dreams to borrow

O is it love that I feel?

Is it too early that my scars already started to heal
