For A Laugh
For A Laugh
There lies so much to say
Can anyone listen to me at bay
A forlorn place, with no one to visit
There is so much to converse
On my list.
Life right now is so predictable
Staying at home making all my plans
So invisible,
The reason for laughter is none I have,
Stuck up behind the bars of a cave.
A quest of a smile on my face
The worth of a clown for which I have
Started to race,
Making others life sparkle with
a tinge of glee,
But it still seems, all this present to flee.
The people I wish to talk
No more are available to go
For a walk,
Maybe someone clunks a laugh
Replacing my contempt to half.
