Not for a fleeting moment, 

But for a lasting lifetime, 

Fellow alter-ego combine 

Yourself with the positive 

Version that I have developed, 

Instead of getting eloped 

With the negative version 

To that side of deep-end 

That only has a dead-end. 

Fellow alter-ego together

We can turn all the blunders 

That we thought were wonders, 

The other way around, 

We could effortlessly bound 

Upon building the mind sound. 

Running on treadmill

Doesn't get one to a hill. 

Let's step out of our comforts

And owe apologies to the ones 

Whom we let down once. 

This life that we got is one.

Let's count on it like it's the one.

This is where we could complete 

Things which were left incomplete.
