An Unknown Friend
An Unknown Friend

In my granny 's house, I would do silly and useless things all day,
Then one day a girl from the neighborhood came to the house to play.
She was a girl with blue eyes and fair complexion,
Upon seeing her anyone could tell that she wasn't an Indian.
Then without wasting a single moment, we began playing,
Seeing her playful and Jolly nature I had a lovely feeling.
After a few days, we became good friends,
She also introduced me to American games and trends.
We played sometimes indoors and sometimes on the terrace,
My inability to understanding her fluent accent made me embarrassed.
Now she has a special mention in my friend list,
Oh! Hug me, dear friend, I can't resist.
