After Party

Today is a happening party at my place and I am the host, 

I am enjoying it the most. 

Relishing soft drinks and finger chips, 

With tangy food items smacking my lips. 

Enjoying fun games like Bingo, 

Bye bye dear friends time to go. 

Oh! My home has become a junk shop, 

Mumma isn't at home I have to broom and mop. 

I have to pick up all the tins, 

And drop them in a bin. 

I have to clean the kitchen slab, 

Otherwise, I will get a tight slap. 

Someone please help me with the dishes, 

To open all the presents my heart wishes. 

I have promised myself never to host a party, 

Oh, help me almighty!
