A Letter To Life

To My Dear Life,

It's been a while since we both sat together and had heart to heart. I know, you are pretty busy always. But lately, looks like you have got sometimes amidst all the lock-down rituals.

So, I thought to seize the opportunity and write to you about anything and everything that I want you to preserve from getting lost into oblivion. 

It's been more than two decades since we are together. We have had quite remarkable ups and downs. We have had quite nerve-wracking laughs and cries. But, your forever presence has always startled me for good. You have always helped me to become the best version of me. You have always taught me the most omnificent lessons to live by. There were days when you saw me at my worst and you stood by me. There were situations when I wasn't able to contain my anxiousness and you made me calm. There were moments when I was beyond cloud nine and you helped me to hold the ground. You have allowed my emotional self to experience each and every possible feeling to the deepest of its roots. You have never kept me away from the omnibenevolent feeling of being alive. 

Thank you for sticking by me in my miseries and my victories. You have inspired me in ways that are way beyond to be collated in mere words. Thank you for giving me the much-needed patience and courage to reach the heights where I am today.
