Unmasked disguise

Sun was still, moon was bright with stars around,

Happy new year chants heard from around,

Resolutions made to keep the traditions of new man.

"Positive 2020", said the fortune tellers.

Days passed embraced by blessings from the above,

Pride creeped into the human hearts, bounding the human eyes.

Man disguised God awhile.

Tick tock tick tock days passed by, 

Little creature born in Wuhan came by,

Blind to human eyes, senseless to Man's touch, odourless to the human nares, neutral to the taste buds,

Insignificant it felt,until it touched within.

Significant therefore and got the nickname corona.

What a tragedy? Human Gods failed before the tiny creature,

Staying under bars got the name quarantine,

PPE's replaced the nude statements,

World economy crashed,

Death count spiked,

Fear overwhelmed the human God's,

What not, world got stuck.

Plague was beyond the human brains,

Pride was plucked away by the tiny creature,
