Read more Sayani was born and bought up in Durgapur, West Bengal. As a child she was fascinated with books and words. She wrote her first poetry at the age of nine and has been passionately writing all throughout her life. She spent a number of years traveling around India, Europe and North America for work and leisure . During these times of isolation and changing phases in her in new countries, she has relied on writing for expression and solace. She is also an Engineer and MBA.
