लिवर एक बहुत महत्वपूर्ण अंग है और ये 500 से अधिक कार्य करता है। ये हमारे body का detoxification करके सारी गंदगी body से बहार निकलता है | लेकिन इतना काम करने वाला liver कभी कभी बीमार हो जाता है जिसके लिए हमें liver function test कराने पड़ते है। आज इस वीडियो में डॉ बिपिन विभूते, LFT यानी liver function test के बारे में बताते है | वीडियो के शुरुवात में वो बताते है की liver function test करने से क्या क्या पता चलता है जैसे billirubin, AST, ALT, GGT, total protein आदि।

इसके बाद डॉ बताते है की LFT क्यों कराया जाता है | वह बताते है की कैसे हर चीज़ liver पर असर करती है इसीलिए किसी भी बीमारी या परेशानी में डॉ LFT करने की सलाह देते है | इसके अलावा कुछ liver disease पता लगाने के लिए भी LFT कराया जाता जैसे fatty liver, NAFLD, NASH, Hepatitis virus आदि | इसके अलावा मोटापा है , cholesterol की दिक्क्त है, dibaetses है या heart की कोई बीमारी है तो भी LFT कराने की सलाह डॉ देते है।

इसके साथ ही साथ वह कुछ महत्वपूर्ण लक्षणों के बारे में बताते है जिसके बाद LFT कराना बहुत ही जरुरी होता है | इसके बाद डॉ एक एक करके LFT के सारे components के बारे में विस्तार में बताते है जैसे :

billirubin क्या होता है, इसका body में क्या काम होता है आदि, इसमें कितने component होते है, और इसकी detail में जानकरी |

SGOT/ AST test क्या होता है, किन किन conditions में ये पाया जाता है, आदि |

SGPT क्या होता है, क्यों जरुरी होता है आदि |
