Today, on Ep 19 of our show, I have a really awesome individual with me by the name of Vidhyaa Reddy and we discuss what it's like representing celebrities, apart from other things. She is the producer and director of Kettles Talent Network which is a talent and celebrity management agency working exclusively out of Southern India.

Vidhyaa takes us through her journey, beginning with her background as a film student, how she landed a work placement with legendary director Mani Ratnam and her initial experiences on the set of the film Pithamagan that starred Surya and Vikram. In doing so she highlights one of the biggest challenges a person can face in a large industry - being the only woman in a sea of men.

Throughout the conversation Vidhyaa parries details about her external challenges with insights into some of the mistakes that she made along the way, laying great emphasis on the importance of knowing your own strengths and sticking to them. We get a fabulous first-person perspective on the nitty-gritties of conducting shoots in the world of fashion and celebrities.
