I tried, even when I was walking alone in the dark and world gone blind.

I tried, even when the world was standing against me making me sad.

I tried, even when things started happening out of blue making me mad.

I tried, even when people tried to break me apart taking away the only thing I had.

 

I tried, even when my feelings started to fade.

I tried, even when my silence became a crime.

I tried, even when my existence became my only desire.

I tried, even when everyone started to turn a blind eye.

 

I tried, even when the things got out of my hand.

I tried, even when it was raining so hard.

I tried, even when the only person who I cared got harmed.

I tried, even when all the good memories became bad.

 

I tried, even when my persistence lost its strength.

I tried, even when I missed my friends’ warmth.

I tried, even when my experiences started to ravel its existence.

I tried, even when my tears unknowingly blurred my gaze.

 

I tried, even when my expectations became the reason of someone’s pain.

I tried, even when I wanted to cry and there were no shoulders to lean on.

I tried, even when I had nothing to fear but still decided to bow.

I tried, even when there existed determination but no hope to grow.

 

I tried, even when I had wings but was unable to fly.

I tried, even when I had words but nothing to personify.

I tried, even when I got enclosed from every side and there was no place to escape.

I tried, because trying gave me nothing but the only purpose to survive.
