Friday, midnight,

sitting on the wooden ladder,

watching the moon melt.

Hot chocolate accompanied by

the biscuits I used to have as a kid,

accompanying the cold breeze.

I removed my sweater to feel all of it.

Who knew the simplest of things,

gives at most peacefulness
