Witchie Witches In Magic Land

Long, long ago, there lived a cute adventurous girl named Catherin in a hamlet on the foothills of a mountain. She had golden hair, blue eyes, and a long nose. Many in the hamlet used to consider her as a witch since she also practiced black magic! Catherin used to usually spend time with three other friends - Carin, Lisa and Merlon – all of whom were the same age group and equally adventurous. They used to consider themselves as besties.

In the hamlet, once a word spread about a mystical place beyond the forest, from where people used to get disappeared and never returned home. Intrigued…Catherin decides to explore this mystical place along with her group of friends. Without informing parents, they decide to pack bags and leave home with the necessary items in a bag.

While walking through the forest, they enjoyed the nature with birds chirping and once in a while also scared with animal sounds. Then, Catherin saw a beautiful butterfly and started chasing behind it. Her friends didn’t have a choice but to follow. After a while, the butterfly disappeared somewhere in bushes and Catherin and friends found themselves lost their way in a dense forest. With dusk approaching it was getting darker. That’s when Catherin spotted a flickering light far away and they decide to walk in that direction. When they went closer to the light, they saw a big board that read, ‘Welcome to MAGIC LAND’.

      Catherin and friends were spellbound to see many magical things around like dancing trees, singing rivers, birds and animals were looking twice the original size etc. Lisa said “I thought magic was not real but now I know that it exists”. They were surprised when the fairies warmly welcomed them instead of shooing them away. One fairy asked “how did you come here”? Lisa stepped forward and told the story how they came to the Magic Land and what all happened. Another fairy said “you can stay here as long as you desire”. The fairies became friendly to the witches. One day, when Melron was spraying perfume a fairy asked what is this thing you were spraying over your frock. It is called perfume which is used to make me fresh. Melron told I want food which is fresh. When the fairy brought the food she also put the perfume over the food. Melron asked “what are you doing to my food”? The fairy said “you told that perfume makes you fresh in the same way it should also make the food fresh right”? All of them started laughing. These incidents happened since the fairies did not know about the things usually people use.

   

  The next day, a fairy came and said “ Queen Elizabeth wants to see you right now”. So the witches went to the Queen Elizabeth’s Palace, Queen Elizabeth welcomed with a Welcome drink. Queen Elizabeth said I know why you all have come here. But before you go you need to do something for us which is like a mission. “What is it”? Carin asked in excitement. “You need to get me my ring which is stolen by my enemy named Crook. I will sent you my helpers who will lead you to my enemies Palace. You need to be very careful while going inside the Palace. You will go through the Magic Garden where there will be a King called Claudius who will help you to go to Crook’s Palace since my helpers can only go till there”.

   

  The very next day they started from the Palace with helpers. When they reached the Magic Garden they were amazed to see plants dancing in the breeze, the birds chirping from a distance and animals running here and there. Catherin said “I will name this as Earth’s Heaven. When they went inside the Magic Garden a woman welcomed them to her house. Carin told the whole story to the women. The women smiled and said “you all must be very hungry so may I get you something to eat”? “Sure” said Lisa. The women brought fresh fruits just plucked from the trees which were cut and served with Chocolate Ice Cream. They enjoyed the snacks. Next they asked the women to take them to their King Claudius. The women took them to the Palace. Merlin told the whole story to King Claudius and requested for King’s help. King Claudius accepted their request and sent some helpers to lead them to Crook’s Palace. After a while, they reached Crook’s Palace. The helpers said “we cannot go any further”. Saying this they went back. The witches took their Magical power. Then, they went inside the Palace carefully.

    

 They heard the soldiers telling “the Queen has gone away, we should be very careful”. The witches with their Magical power found out where Crook has put the Magic Ring but they had to face some obstacles. The first obstacle was a riddle. ‘Who is the most beautiful child in this world’. Lisa answered “for all mothers their siblings are the most beautiful children ever”. It was the correct answer. They went to the next obstacle. It was a river filled with Lava and they had to cross it. Carin suggested to put big stones so that they can walk over the stones. They all collected big stones and put them in the lava river. It was a perfect bridge where they can walk on. They went to the next obstacle which was a Chess Competition. This time, Melron used her intelligence and had beaten the opposite team. They went to the last obstacle which was to walk on electricity. Luckily Cathrin had four pairs of rubber boots which she gave to her friends. They walked on the electricity and crossed it.

They reached Queen Elizabeth’s ring. They saw a passage where they could go outside. After a while they reached magic land and gave the ring to Queen Elizabeth. Back in Crook’s palace Crook could not find the ring and was very angry but he could not come again because Queen Elizabeth will put magic powers to secure it. Queen Elizabeth was very impressed and asked the witches for a boon. Cathrin said “since it has been three days all our mothers will be worried so I would prefer to go to our houses. The other witches agreed. They told good bye to Queen Elizabeth and fairies. The helpers took them to their houses. They also thanked the helpers. They told Good-Bye to each other and went to Magic Land often.
