Wendy and the Haunted House

Wendy was a little girl who loved adventures. She had two best friends Hazel and Daniel. Wendy lived lived with her mom, unfortunately an event occurred where she had to lose her father. One day Wendy’s mom came up to her …….

`Wendy you need to know something important ‘ Wendy’s mom said `Do you want to know what happened to your dad?’ `Yes ‘ Wendy said excited. Wendy’s mom continued` Your father was a very adventurous man. There is a haunted house which lies in the east. There is a myth which tells that whoever goes inside the haunted house would never be able to come out, hundreds of people went inside and now they are inside trying their lives to come out but them neither us have succeeded to get them out. Your father was one of the rebel people who wanted to discover the house and there he is inside the haunted house ‘ Wendy’s mom said sobbing in tears. Wendy at that moment made up her mind that she would go and rescue her father and the other people who are trapped inside the house but how ? 

Wendy quickly ran to Hazel and Daniel’s house and told them about everything. Wendy, Daniel and Hazel are on the mission to save Wendy’s father. Once without their moms noticing they snuck to see the haunted house, they see that the walls were as high as a 30 storied building. Hazel quickly got an idea of how to look at what’s inside the house, she needed a periscope! Hazel’s dad had one so she got it the next day. The three friends each looked through the periscope and saw something peculiar. 

 They saw the ghost shaped red flowers which were talking to each other! The three friends went to the library to search about the flowers but found nothing. `I think will have to take deep actions ‘ Wendy said in serious tone `If we want to save them then we will have to go inside the house ‘ I have a plan ‘ Wendy the next day got a large bucket and a long rope with a hook attached to it, Daniel threw the rope across the wall, the rope was now stuck to the wall and knew he knew it was strong enough to carry them.

 One by one they climbed the wall.`Phew, we finally made it up here ‘ said Daniel.The three friends sat in the bucket and slid down the wall `aaaaaah OMG ! ‘ cried the three of them.After a frightening ride down the wall, they all saw the flowers, and as soon as they walked a step the flowers started attacking on them, they ran and finally got saved. They saw a huge door which leaded them inside. They opened the door and went inside and saw that there was a big rocket which was about to launch, `Hazel and Daniel, I think we should go inside the rocket.’ Said Wendy `Are you crazy?’ Shouted Daniel. But it was too late because Wendy had already got Hazel and Daniel inside the rocket. `Now put on seatbelt because we are going to the Moon !’ Said Wendy as she starting preparing to take off by looking at the instructions book.

 3…2…1… and blast off ! And off they went to moon. After reaching each one of them wore their space suites and got out of the rocket. All three of them were shocked to see that there were slaves working on there Moon just then Wendy saw someone familiar from the slaves, she realised that it was her FATHER! She ran to her father in tears of happiness and hugged him. Her father was surprised to see a little girl in this place hugging him. But he soon discovered that Wendy was his own daughter when Wendy smiled at him. Wendy’s father told her everything about his presence in this alien space, how aliens kidnapped the people from the haunted house in the town one by one and brought them to the moon to dig mines for precious metal. 

Wendy makes an escape plan with her friends to evacuate her father and all the other people imprisoned by the aliens. While the aliens were resting and taking a nap she takes all of them to the rocket silently and gets them seated. Once everybody were inside, she pushes the launch button to zoom into space and back to the haunted house. But that wasn’t the happy landing yet. On landing, they found themselves inside a huge maze of chess pieces. They will have to play the chess in the real life-size chessboard and real soldiers carrying weapons to kill the opponent on each wrong turn. It was do or die situation for Daniel who’s been winning all the chess tournaments in the town. He wore his chess whiz kid hat and took turns and kept removing opponents pieces one by one, giving a checkmate in the end. As soon as the opponent king was removed, a Big Bang sound was heard sending shivers in everybody’s spine.

They saw the main gate at distance shining and making creaking sound openc to the town. Wendy had to take everyone out as quickly as she can but she couldn’t make herself, as the main gate shut down in some time. While everybody was waiting outside she found a rope lying near the gate. She took it, threw open on the coconut tree, pulled it back and ziplined outside the compound.

All the residents of the town were so happy to see Wendy back along with all those were lost. There was an atmosphere of celebration in the town.

Wendy and her friends were rewarded for the bravery and intelligence they showed.

And while coming back from school, Wendy and her friends heard some strange sound coming from the well nearby. They quickly reached out to the well for another adventure……..
