Unnecessary Tears

As Argentina entered into the finals of Brazil world cup we were rejoiced very much. At final match day we all had gathered in Pramod uncle's room to watch the match. When Gonzales Higuain scored the goal there was thunderous applause from Argentina fans but the celebrations did not persisted for a long time as referee called it was offside. When we all thought the match was going to penalty shootout, Mario Gotze scored an unexpected goal for Germany.

It shattered hopes of Argentina to become world cup champions. I went away from Pramod uncle's room as I couldn't see the German team lifting the cup in the place of Argentina. The next day I was reluctant as it shown Germany lifting the cup and Messi crying. When my control was gone I cried loudly like a small child due to Argentina's loss! By the time my father consoled me by buying a soft drink for me.

One morning when I got up from bed I saw my father crying like a child. As soon as he saw me, he hugged and said with a sad tone "Your grandpa passed away." At that moment I thought why I cried for Argentina...?
