TO RESCUE A PUPPY

I go to school by walking as my school is not so far. Sometimes my mother drops me at school. That day I was walking to school when I heard a pitiful cry by the side of the road , near which there was a garden. There was a gutter not so deep from where the pitiful cry was coming.

At first, I didn't recognize the voice but when I peeped into the gutter, I saw that there was a puppy, down inside the gutter. It was so fragile that it could not get out from there. My friends were also with me. First, we could not understand what to do, because the gutter was too smelly. And a bad odour was coming from it. Then we searched for something which could be in use for rescuing the puppy. At last, we found a basket and a rope. We tied the rope to the basket, as the gutter was not too deep, I put the basket in the gutter and brought the puppy out. We were finally relieved that we saved the life of a puppy.

The puppy was too weak. It was also smelling so we all emptied our water bottle and cleaned the puppy. And we also gave some food to the puppy. The puppy was looking better than before. I was feeling very happy. The puppy stayed in the garden and every day we gave him food. I and my friend had given him a name SNOOFY. He was like our pet. I and my friend loved him very much...
