The Time Of My Life

Dear Diary,

Today there were some discussions going on on the news channel pertaining to further extension of the lock-down...

On one hand it is so significant that the lock down be extended in light of the fact that a lot of improvement has been observed in the last three weeks. However, it is also imperative that sufficient measures be taken by our government to see to it that we do not incur further losses as a consequence of the extension. I am sure everyone is doing their part well... at least that is what I understood from the news telecast today.

A further extension will most likely mean that I will have more time on my hands to be at home and do things that I like. Like... listening to my favorite music, watching old television serials, meditate, learn to ignore all that and all those who I do not want in my life unapologetic-ally because I have understood that I cannot be keeping everyone happy.

I need to do me, because everyone does so at some point in life and this is the time of my life. I am glad I realized it.
