The One With The Police

The day today was full of surprise! Like the regular days, I woke up at 8:00 am. But I had forgotten the fact that my live classes were about to start from today. I hurried up and got ready for my first live class at 8:45 am. It was a new experience as I got to learn a little about using Skype and Google Classroom. After the classes, I ate the Lunch my mother had prepared for me and then we had a quick session of Ludo. My family just enjoys this game.

Tired of the electronic devices, I thought of sitting in my balcony to take some fresh air as we cannot go out due to the lockdown. I saw a strange sight from my balcony, there was a puppy on my stairs and it was unable to walk properly. I called my sister and with her help gave first aid to the puppy and fed him some milk. We also decided to give him a name. And we named him 'Brownie'. Isn't it such a nice name?

I suddenly heard the sound of my friends who were playing badminton at a distance. I also saw a police jeep coming towards them. My friends got startled and ran towards their homes, but by then the police inspector had caught them. I went towards them to hear what was going on. The police gave them a warning to not come out of their houses anymore. He also told us that there a CCTV camera installed in our locality through which he can see all the happenings and we should be mindful of the situation in the world.

All of us talked for a little time and then decided to meet after 21 days only as per the lockdown. This would also help us in maintaining social distance and do our bit in saving the nation from COVID-19.
