THE OLD MAN AND THE KIDS

A long time ago, there lived an old man named Jackson. His wife died some years ago from a terrible accident.

He was living alone in his house.

He owned a small plot of farm land.

Jackson was very honest,kind and hardworking man .

Everyone in the village loved him because of his good deeds.

Whenever there's misunderstanding between people he was that wise person who can settle problem among the people living in that village.

Kids were in love with Jackson too, because he likes telling stories to kids and gives them some helpful advice for living.

One sunny day, Jackson was sleeping inside in his room, it was awful hot that he cannot able to take a nap because of hotness.

He went outside and took his chair and sat under the tree.

As he was sitting there, kids gathered asking him to tell them some stories.

"Well listen and don't make noise" Jackson replied.

He told them the story goes like this,

Once upon a time there was a certain girl who likes sitting near elderly people and often asks elders some questions and stories about living.

Her friends made fan of her and often discouraged her. But she didn't mind about them and kept spending time with elders.

Years went by, the girl and her friends who often discouraged her, they all grown up. The girl happen to be that wise person who can solve disputes among the people living in that village.

Everyone respected her because of her wisdom. Her friends who often discouraged her came to her seeking for forgiveness but the girl said " I have forgotten everything that had happened in the past. Let's now focus on the things happening now.

" That's the end of the story" Jackson said to the kids.

The moral of the story is that " young people should seek advice from elderly people because elderly people have lived long and they know more about world.

Kids were very amazed on hearing the story and the moral. Jackson said " well everyone go home right now and I will be telling you another story tomorrow.

All the kids left while happily running home.
