The New Hero

It was a normal day for Donatus. He is just playing some video games at twelve o'clock in the night. Then a girl in the game comes up to him and says" um are you free right now" so Donatus said "yes why". Then the girl said need your help with something". So the boy said ok what is it" and then the girl said "good wait one moment, please.

Suddenly the screen of the computer went fuzzy then so did his vision then it went dark and then after a couple of seconds which felt like hours then when he opened his eyes he looked around and it looked like he was in a video game because it had a settings button and a stats botton

When he looked at his status he saw that it was maxed out so while he was walking around he realised that he was actually standing in a crater. As he climbed out of the crater he unlocked what seemed like a title in his status bar and it said that he unlocked the new title Hero

Then he thought to himself “what does this mean that I am a hero that is so cool “as he was walking around for hours it was at last night. So he looked around for any light which might be a sign of villages nearby. To his luck, he saw a city just a little further when he went into the city he saw a sign which said welcome to the city of lights. When he went inside it was exactly like New York with all the lights and the advertisements. Even the ground was concrete there were giant buildings everywhere but there were no cars to be seen just carts that were powered by what seemed to be magic.

He also noticed that there was no electricity in this place and that it was all magic and as he looked around he started to notice that the advertisements were also different and that all of them were about joining gilds and potions and other magic things. But one in specific caught his one of the advertisements was the news channel and it said “Breaking news: Earlier this day there was a large explosion by the mountains right there investigations going on to see what is the cause of this massive crater and at the centre of the crater. There was a body of a human some say that the hero has been summoned to defeat the Demon Lord who is been leveling cities and it is believed that the hero has come to the city of light and with that in mind that is all for tonight stay tuned for next time and good night"

Then Donatus said to himself "a good thing that I am not the Hero otherwise this world would be destroyed". Then he realized to himself that he was the Hero but then suddenly he heard screams in the distance and large stomping noises so he went to go and look as to what happened. He saw a giant humanoid creature walking and when he got a better look at it he saw that it looked like a fish and it was wearing a crown and it screamed while hold a bunch of people in his hand "COME OUT COME OUT WHEREVER YOU ARE HERO “

While it was leveling buildings then the monster again screamed “IF YOU DON'T COME OUT I WILL KILL ALL OF THE PEOPLE AND WE WON'T WANT HAT NOW WOULD WE BE A GOOD BOY AND COME OUT'

So while Donatus  thought what is the best course of action to save the people and not get killed the monster said “DON’T KEEP ME WAITING HERO OHH I HAVE AN IDEA FOR EVERY MINUTE THAT YOU WASTE I WILL KILL ONE PERSON"

Then the monster while holding one person in his hand swiftly with his nail cut the person's head of then the monster said "OHH NO I KILLED SOMEONE ONLY IF SOME WAS HERE TO SAVE HIM HAHAHAHAHA"

Then without thinking Donatus filled with rage ran up to the monster and said “IT IS ME YOU WANT RIGHT STOP KILLING INNOCENT PEOPLE IT IS ME YOU WANT RIGHT I AM THE HERO"

Then the monster said" oh really then prove it" so then out of all the adrenaline that he had he jumped up in the sky to the monster's face and said,” I WILL BE THE END OF YOU"!!!!!
