Once lived a boy named Morty and a girl named Summer with their mother and father who is always travelling. The Smiths get their milk with some cream on the top, which she adds to the porridge. Her kids and the dog, Seymour Asses love the porridge. One day when Zuko went to pick up the milk, to his surprise, he found the milk poured out and what seems to be an animal’s treat. He went to his mum and explained the milk situation. His mum tells him that they can last a day without the milk and asks him to stop worrying.

The next morning also, the milk was seen spilled on the ground. Wasted, every drop of it. Later the day, when the children’s da got home, they got together and worked out a solution for this milk problem. Although it might seem silly, for the sake of his kids’ appetite, the man visits the local police station to file a complaint. The station inspector Mr. Willoughby asks the father not to worry and assures that it’ll be looked into.

The policeman enquired the little kid Zuko about his daily routines when he picks up the milk daily. He decides to stakeout the night in a bush nearby the doorstep to look for the culprit. Surprisingly, he notices nobody passing through the residence after the milkman dropped the bottle. The policeman informs the Smiths and promises to continue his investigation in a couple of days.

The little Morty asks his sister if he can wait in the bushes for the night and she allows him on one condition, he mustn’t utter a word to his mum about this. Morty woke up at 6 in the morning, just before the milkman is supposed to arrive. Hides in the bushes and waits for something suspicious to happen.

A while after the milkman came, he heard the sounds of someone licking something. Morty found that the local cat, Summer’s best friend, Caroline was the mysterious thief. Apparently, the cat lived around and since Summer used to play around with it, it stayed in the house. That explains why Mr. Willoughby couldn’t find the naughty cat.

The Smith’s, after this incident, always leave a bowl of milk for Caroline the cat and took her in as their own. The family lived happily ever after.
