The Merlin Twins

Ever heard about the Merlin twins? I bet you didn’t. A woman was pregnant. The doctors who examined her thought there was only one baby. It was actually twins! The doctor didn’t know because the twins had the same heartbeat. Shocking, right? When 9 months passed, the “baby“was born.

While giving birth, the doctors realized that the babies were twins. The parents named the twin boys Jim and Kim. Jim was born normally like every other child. But not Kim. Kim was born with Cerebral Palsy disorder. Poor Kim! I feel so sad for him. The mother started crying when she got to know that Kim was born with the disorder. But she did not give up. She continued taking care of Kim.

When Jim and Kim started going to school, Kim would be teased. I didn’t tell you, but these twins were born 1 second apart. Because of this, Jim was the elder one and used to defend his twin. I also didn’t tell you that when Kim grew up he used to sit in a wheelchair. When these twins were going anywhere together, the people did not think they were twins.

So, while growing up, they did everything together. But it was kind of difficult at first, because of Kim’s disorder. But they managed to do it. These twins came first 15 km marathon. They proved to the world that even with difficult problems, there is always a solution.
