The Marriage Party

The journey to Odisha was over, it was pitch dark everywhere, I went there with my parents for my uncle's marriage. Odisha is unpopularly known for its beauty, its the perfect place to enjoy when you have a bad mood or want some leisure time for yourself. We reached there and stayed a night with our relatives, then the next day morning we had to get ready fast 'cause it was my uncle's marriage.

I was curious to know who my new aunt was. My mother helped me get dressed up and then we went to the mandap (the place where people marry) I saw my aunt, she was very beautiful and looked almost like a queen in her wedding dress. The next day was a free day for all, all were taking to my new aunt, but I didn't have that guts to talk.

The day after that it was the reception of my aunt and uncle, they both looked like a real king and queen sitting on the throne. That is the day when I talked to my aunt for the first time, her voice was as sweet as a nightingale. I really enjoyed the marriage party a lot. I also spent a good time with my cousins. It was one of the best marriage parties that I've ever gone to............
