In a forest, there once lived a camel and a jackal. Every day, they used to go to the river to drink water. There was a cornfield on the other side of the river. The jackal always thought of crossing the river and visiting the field. But, he could not swim.

One day, he said to the camel, "Friend, I want to eat corn from that field. I can't cross the river without your help. Will you carry me on your back?"

The camel found it to be a very good idea. "That's easy.

Tonight, we'll go there and enjoy the corn together," he said.
