The Countdown

It was a fine morning at St. Wood’s College; all the students were wakened up by their mobile notification sound. They found a new app in it without any name and with the picture of a bull. When they clicked it there starts the countdown. Many of the students got 40 years' time but one boy named Jackson found that he was given only 10 days’ time. He checked with everyone and found that only his friends and he were given 10 days' time others are given 40 and more years. Everyone was confused with the app and the way it spread.

After 2 days they got information from a boy that he could find only the creator’s name. The name was Tom Hardy. He doesn’t know anything more than that. Everyone was busy in finding who is Tom Hardy and finally found he is a game designer who died on 23 Jan 2006. Now comes the calm before the storm. One of Jack’s friends rushed to Jack with Tom’s house address. So everyone went to the old, shattered house. They saw many paper works, CDs, computers and etc… in that house one room attracted everyone with the toys and toys of ghosts. They come out of the house many of the friends left him.

On the 10^th day, Jackson felt disturbed and went to Tom’s house as soon as reached there he was taken to the room where the toys are filled. Jack took a toy of a joker and opened the head he found a letter in that stating “Try and live, give up and die.” Immediately he found the countdown changes to 50 years. With happiness, he reached the hostel and found layers of dead bodies.

Moral: “Try and live, give up and die”.
