The Brave Jenny

Today was sports day in school, everyone was excited. There were many games to be played. First, there was the Running race. A Giraffe name Ted won the Race. Next was the beanbag race. Kitty Lion won the beanbag race. Then there was a hopping race. Jack monkey won the hopping race. Fanny peacock came first in the flying race.

Poor Jenny Hippo was said as she did not win a single race. 'I am good at nothing,' she thought sadly. Suddenly, she heard loud shouts from the pool. Jack had fallen in the pool and did not know how to swim. "Help!" he called out.

Ted and kitty could not swim. But Jenny could. She jumped in and saved Jack. "I might not be good at any game but I can swim!" She said proudly. Everyone applauded her and she won a special prize....
