The Ant And The Pigeon

Once there was a pigeon. He was sitting on the tree and was thinking to drink water. Then he saw an ant drinking water from the river. The ant fell down and was screaming Help! Help!. The pigeon took a leaf with his peak and threw it at the ant. The ant climbed on the leaf but still feared drowning. The pigeon flew to the river and picked the leaf with the ant on it and flew back to the land. The ant climbed off the leaf and thanked the pigeon.

After a few days, a hunter came to hunt in the forest. He saw a pigeon and aimed the gun at it. The pigeon did not know about it. The ant, however, saw the hunter trying to kill the pigeon. It remembered the pigeon helping him and decided to help the pigeon. The ant went and bit the hunter's leg causing the hunter to shout and missing the aim. The pigeon flew away and saw the ant and the hunter and understood the fact that his life was saved by the ant.

The pigeon afterward went and thanked the ant for saving his life.

Moral: If you help others, others will also help you.
