That Longing

To be loved and to live along, 

The hardest thing to accomplish. 

The world, devoid of humanity, 

Diminishing every nook and crook, 

Lacking purity in emotions,

Everything is done for name sake! 

Life! What a pity to move on, 

Lacking love, care, pure emotions;

They call it; emotions alloyed

I say, cloudy mind unbosom, 

Your shroud, long for everything, 

Cherish yourself, don't care . 

Nothing lasts forever, beauty dies, 

Death will embrace all, to bring back, 

To where we have come from. 

One thing lasts will be memories, 

That also finds a place in grave:

Where the termite'l try to filter it. 

So live, to satiate our longings, 

Leaving no way to pity it.
