Tanaji malusara

Tanaji Malusara was a great fighter.

He helped Shivaji Maharaj for many fights. He was very close to Shivaji Maharaj. The fight of Kondhana was a fight that nobody can forget. Tanaji Malusara went with some soldiers to win Kondhana fort. Nobody had tried to go for a battle with Mughals, but our great soldier promised to Shivaji Maharaj's mother that he will win the fort. Tanaji Malusara told Shivaji maharaj not to come to the fort. 5000 Mughal were guarding the fort, whose leader was Udhay Bhan.

All the roads were almost guarded leaving one road which was by climbing the fort. They used a animal which gets stuck to the rocks. This animal helped them for climbing the fort. It was a late night and nothing was visible clearly. First time the animal slipped, the second time also it got slipped at last it stuck. Only 300 soldiers were able to go up the fort. But still 700 soldiers were down. They attacked the Mughal soldiers one by one. T

he Mughal soldiers were very shocked, that from where these soldiers came. All the doors got open. After the doors got open the Maratha soldiers could Come inside. Udhay Bhan and Tanaji Malusara had a fight. Unluckily, Tanaji Malusara was killed by Udhay Bhan as he was tired climbing the fort. But his uncle took revenge from Udhay Bhan by killing him. The fort was now of Maratha. When Shivaji Maharaj reached there they said few words, "The fort has come to us but the lion has been killed"
