Quiet Night

Quiet Night

It was a quiet night in the small town—until the sky lit up with a strange blue glow. A spaceship descended, shaking rooftops and rattling windows. People screamed and ran indoors, but little Rohan, curious and brave, crept outside.

There, hiding behind an old tree, he found a small alien with big green eyes and trembling hands. Instead of fear, Rohan felt compassion. “Don’t worry,” he whispered, “I’ll protect you.”

Over the next few days, Rohan kept the alien hidden in his attic. They became friends—sharing stories, laughter, and secrets. One night, while Rohan sat quietly with tears in his eyes, the alien asked, “Why are you sad?”

Rohan confessed how his friends often teased him, calling him weak and strange. The alien placed a glowing hand on his shoulder and said, “On my planet, differences are celebrated. Life is built on uniqueness. Stars shine because each one is different. You are not weak—you are special.”

Those words changed Rohan forever. He no longer hid from the world. He stood tall, embracing who he was. And though the alien soon returned to the sky, the lesson stayed in Rohan’s heart forever.

Moral: True strength lies in embracing your uniqueness. The world needs your light, not your imitation of others.
