Plannings And Setouts To Moon
Plannings And Setouts To Moon
- Continued from Meteoroids and more
It was March 1948, but Jack was still thinking. As soon as his annual exams ended he quickly wrote a letter to Prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru telling them about his ideas. He noted in the letter that if moon sand is bought, we could study it and find a way to change it into the soil.
The letter soon reached Rajbhavan on 2 April 1948. Prime minister while checking one day, whose letters have come he saw Jack's letter. When he opened it and read it, he thought it was a good idea. He soon told astronauts to go and bring moon sand. They then were off.
They later reached the moon and conducted experiments with moon sand but to no avail. When they went back to earth they told the sad news. The Prime minister too felt sad.
They soon told Jack by writing a letter that they were sorry for the sand to remain unchanged.
The letter soon reached Jack and he somehow consoled himself. He then decided to make a multi-tasked robot that could do various processes. As he thought some process may turn it into desert sand he made a robot that could churn, heat, and cool.
He soon told the Prime minister about his machine and gave it to the Prime minister.
The astronauts were off again and as they were trying, they pressed heat. The moon sand turned into the desert sand and turned into the soil when mixed with water. Oh! At last! The moon could now be a living planet.
The whole story hasn't ended. It will continue for we will see what reward is given to Jack and how is moon when Jack goes there.
