Dr. Duck was drinking water at the fountain when nurse sparrow came rushing in with a stretcher, covered with blood. Dr. Duck asked what had happened and the nurse told him that the old swan was bitten by a snake. Dr. Duck was about to go in with the nurse into the operation theater when he got a pager.

"Code blue, east wing " read the pager. Dr. Duck rushed to the east wing. He arrived at the operation theater. Two pigeons saw him and exclaimed, "DOCTOR, HE IS NOT BREATHING!, CAN YOU FIX HIM, DOCTOR? WILL HE BE O.K ?" Dr. Duck replied, "We will do our best." Dr.Duck gave the poor suffocating pigeon Epinephrine in the thigh. Her throat opened.

For 10 minutes the doctors relaxed until a bell rang through the corridor, Dr.Duck and three nurses rushed into the room to find the pigeon gasping for her life. Doctor duck once again managed to open her throat and then the doctor put the pigeon on a ventilator until the solution could be found. Dr.Duck thought it was not allergy since the room was sterile and the reports had all come negative. He ordered an MRI and was shocked to find a huge tapeworm in her brain.

The pigeon went through brain surgery and eventually got rid of the tapeworm. They did another MRI to check if there were any larvae in her body and was relieved to find that there were none. The pigeon and her family happily went to their homes after a week's worth of treatment.
