Dancing Our Worries Away !

Dear Diary,
I think it is best to dance our worries away. I am trying out and exploring dance in all forms that I can manage to do, of course. It is poetry in motion and leaves you feeling fresh and exhilarated. You feel confident and strong physically and mentally.
Self-learning helps sometimes, as no one tells you to do this or that and you can stop and pause and start again at your own will. It shakes you up and then makes you quiet as well after some moments of time.
