Cockroach

The man is quarreling with the owner of the hotel. All others preferred to be mere onlookers. The man was complaining about the cockroach found in his food. The hotel owner was trying to pacify him, "This is just a burnt onion..Not a cockroach" he was trying to establish this.

 All other surrounding people were keenly looking forward to them.

The man was shouting, "If you say that this is not more than a burnt onion, then prove it..Eat it yourself”

 And the owner of the hotel, in his bid to protect the reputation of his hotel, was eating the dead cockroach unhesitatingly. Just for the pride of his hotel,which was at stake.
